1. Our Services
Travel Blitz Holidays provides travel and tourism services to travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners. Our services may include:
- Tour and holiday package bookings
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Car, cab, coach, and other transportation arrangements
- Airport transfers
- Sightseeing and local travel services
- Customized itineraries
- Ground handling and destination services
- Other travel-related services requested by our B2B partners
The availability and scope of services may vary depending on the destination, travel dates, supplier availability, and specific booking requirements.
2. B2B Bookings
Travel Blitz Holidays primarily provides services on a B2B basis. Travel agencies, tour operators, and other business partners are responsible for providing accurate traveller and booking information.
The partner making a booking is responsible for communicating applicable booking conditions, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, and other relevant information to their client or traveller.
3. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after:
- Availability has been confirmed by Travel Blitz Holidays or the relevant service provider;
- The applicable quotation has been accepted;
- Required documents or traveller details have been provided; and
- Any applicable advance payment or booking amount has been received.
A written booking confirmation or other confirmation from Travel Blitz Holidays may be issued once the booking is successfully confirmed.
4. Quotations and Prices
All quotations are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Prices may vary due to:
- Changes in hotel availability
- Seasonal rates
- Transportation availability
- Changes in taxes or government charges
- Currency fluctuations
- Supplier pricing
- Changes in the itinerary or number of travellers
- Special requests or additional services
Any quotation provided by Travel Blitz Holidays should therefore be treated as valid only for the period specifically mentioned in the quotation.
5. Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions of the selected hotel or accommodation provider.
Room types, facilities, meal plans, check-in/check-out times, cancellation rules, extra-bed policies, and other conditions may differ from one property to another.
Travel Blitz Holidays is not responsible for services or facilities that are changed, unavailable, or discontinued by the hotel or accommodation provider.
6. Transportation Services
Transportation services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Vehicle type, seating capacity, route, timing, and other transportation details will depend on the confirmed booking.
Additional charges may apply for changes to the agreed itinerary, additional waiting time, extra kilometres, tolls, parking, permits, interstate taxes, or other applicable charges where these are not included in the original quotation.
7. Tour Packages and Itineraries
Tour itineraries are prepared based on the requirements provided at the time of booking.
The sequence of sightseeing, attractions, hotels, transportation, and activities may occasionally need to be changed due to operational requirements, weather, traffic, local conditions, government restrictions, or supplier availability.
Where reasonably possible, Travel Blitz Holidays will provide suitable alternatives without significantly affecting the overall travel experience.
8. Payment Terms
Payment requirements will be communicated at the time of quotation or booking.
Bookings may require an advance payment or full payment depending on the service provider and booking conditions.
A booking may remain unconfirmed until the required payment has been received.
Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the booking or loss of availability.
9. Cancellation and Amendment
Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the individual services booked and the terms imposed by hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, or other suppliers.
Cancellation charges may apply based on:
- Date of cancellation
- Number of days before travel
- Hotel cancellation policy
- Transportation provider policy
- Tour supplier policy

- Special or non-refundable booking conditions
Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated wherever reasonably possible.
10. Refunds

12. Travel Documents and Requirements
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all required travel documents, permits, visas, identification, passports, insurance, and other documentation necessary for their journey.
Where applicable, travellers should independently verify entry requirements, visa regulations, health requirements, and other government or destination-specific regulations before travelling.
13. Third-Party Suppliers
Travel Blitz Holidays works with hotels, transportation providers, local operators, guides, and other travel suppliers.
Although we make reasonable efforts to work with reliable service providers, certain services are provided by independent third parties. Their services may be subject to their own terms, policies, operating procedures, and limitations.
Travel Blitz Holidays will make reasonable efforts to assist with service-related issues but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. Force Majeure
Travel Blitz Holidays shall not be liable for failure, delay, cancellation, or modification of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
